When did you launch Draíocht Co?
I launched Draíocht Co. on the 3rd of October 2020. I worked hard to be able to fund the costs.
How do you make your custom jewellery?
I use a technique called metal stamping, I hand stamp each letter into the pendant/bracelet. I align the letter to where it needs to be and I make an impression using a hammer. Every letter / design is individually hand stamped.
How can I track my package?
To have your order tracked, you must choose tracking shipping at checkout. Once the order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code and link to the AnPost tracking website.
What if I put in the wrong address?
If you provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A €5 fee for postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email with any concerns or questions you may have.
Can I cancel or change my order?
After your order has been placed, changes & cancellations must be made within 1 hour after purchase. Email or phone +353 868432090 to cancel or change.
Who makes the products?
My name is Róisín and I'm 17 years old. I live in West Cork. I make all items that are listed in the shop! You can read more about me here
Can I return my jewellery?
Draíocht Co. offers a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you first received it.
* Personalised jewellery has no return/refund policy. After a piece has been ordered, the creation process has already begun. Each piece is handmade and personalised especially for you.*
What if my package gets lost?
We do not offer refunds for any lost packages as Draíocht Co. is not responsible for postage issues. Standard shipping is an affordable option for customers, it does not include tracked shipping. There is an option for tracked shipping which you can choose at checkout.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
All fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry area ( not your bathroom ). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces, we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.
